How do I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed with Great Falls, it cannot be cancelled. Once you receive the shipment, feel free to try it. If you aren't satisfied, then you may return it for a full refund, less shipping and handling.

How do I change my shipping and/or billing address?

Or send us a postcard with your current address and your new address. We will change your address immediately in our records, but you should allow 3 weeks for delivery to the new address as we may have just mailed a shipment to your old address.

There are several reasons you may not have received a shipment.
The Post Office is not delivering your shipment. Please call 866-518-2289 or email us at naturalhealing@customerstatus.com and verify that your correct address is on file. Occasionally, too, shipments can be damaged or lost in the mail. We will be happy to replace them. Just let us know.
